TERMS & CONDITIONS When buying a gemstone (s) you agree: 1) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to purchase 2) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the gemstone when you complete the check-out payment process. The retail prices we charge for our gemstones is listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices displayed at any time in accordance with current valuations & to correct pricing errors that inadvertently occur.

We can also assist you in placing the Montana sapphire gemstone in a gold, platinum or silver earring, pendant or ring setting. Montana sapphires make beautiful US sourced engagement rings and gifts.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase; therefore we accept returns within 7 days after you have received the item(s) purchased ****Excluding sapphire gravel bags, no returns or refunds**** Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs including insurance & tracking. If the gemstone(s) is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Once the gemstone(s) has been received & inspected a refund will be issued (minus shipping & costs) by the payment method agreed upon.

All items are usually shipped within 7 days of purchase. We ship all our gemstones using United States Postal Service Priority Mail (unless requested otherwise) with insurance and tracking. All packages have tracking, but if you are ordering outside the United States there can be delays in the tracking information or delays while the package goes through customs. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. Depending on the legislation where you live, your purchase may be subject to taxes and or duties. You are responsible for these and if a package is returned because you did not pay the taxes and duties you are responsible for any associated fees including the return shipping fees.
